I have several tractor brochures from 1963 & 64 on IH 706 & 806 and some of them they list the hp. on the 806 diesel at 110 & 706 diesel at 89. Now my 1964, 65, 66 list them at , 706-72 hp, 806-94 hp. One 1963 catalog showes a 706 pulling a 21 ft. disc. Where did they get that much power the first year or how did they rate them that way? I have a 706 & 806 and my 806 won't pull a 21 ft. disc where I live at.
