My W-9 sat outside for 15 to 20 years and came loose with a pry bar on the ring gear. It had a can over the exhaust. If your Super C was sitting inside you should be able to get it loose and running without taking it apart. A word of advice: do NOT pull it around the yard in gear to break it loose. Make sure there is oil in the hydraulic system, and check to be sure the valves are all loose before you try to turn it over. Good luck.
