The information that I received from this board a couple of months ago , with the same problem as yours, was to place a couple of spoonfuls of penetrating oil in each cylinder, let it set for a few days, then jack one rear wheel off the ground, place transmission in 4 th gear rock the rear wheel back and forth, should unseize the engine, this took about 5 minutes quite simple, this information was all received from the board. cheers, Murray

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
