Stuck engine and bad rear end? You could easily put $4-5,000 in her. If you are looking for a tractor to work for you, alot can be had for less than that. On the other hand if you want to restore it that price seems good. All I'm trying to say is with out it running who knows what you're going to run into.Electrical problems,tires,starter.generator,water pump,radiator,cracked block and/or head. Just things to think about. I don't mean to discourage you. The parts on the tractor are worth the price, however. Good Luck, Mike
