Just changed the points and condenser on my A mag this week. My unit was converted to battery ignition but the points and condenser are the same. Mag points should be set to .013 but battery ignition should be set to .020. The condenser was a little tricky though. Remove the wire and unscrew the nut. Remove ovel shaped cover under the nut. Take off the top of the magneto covering the coil. Remove the hold down screw with the little metal clamp.The condenser will pull out from the top after you push the threaded part back into the housing. Hope this helps. Craig
