I haven't been around the smaller Farmall's much but I would think the direction would be the same. One sure way to tell would be to turn them on and see if they both turn the same direction, clockwise or counter clockwise. As for speed, that would depend on engine RPM and gearing. You could simply adjust P.T.O. speed with the throttle if gearing is different. Not sure which tractor would have the faster RPM. But one thing is for sure. The H would have a lot more power than the super A and if the mower will fit on there the H will handle it alot better. If I was you I would put the mower on the H and mow for a little bit and see how it worked. If it worked allright just keep going and if not, put it back on the super A. I haven't seen what kind of mower you got, but a pull type would be what you'd want on the H. Some of those smaller tractor's could use a belly mower which probably wouldn't work on the H.
