Use dupont 615+620 primer on bare metal, will give great adheasian. Next use Glaserite MS 285. This stuff will fill in small scratches and sand as smooth as glass. Next use Dupont Imron. I recomend single stage rather than base coat/clear coat because it may be hard to get clear everywhere or if you have to touch up,single stage is easier. You could use base coat/clear coat on the sheet metal but single stage imron will look great. Your tractor will shine and have that wet look. Then wet sand and buff the sheet metal. Imron will stand up to brake fluid. The only drawback is the material will cost around $750.
