all of the IH blocks from the 220 to the 301 are of the same dimensions on the outside. The 220 had a short stroke crank shaft all its own but all of the rest used the same crank with just bigger bore sleeves and/or bored block. You can make any of the smaller engines into the biggest by boring the block to either accept larger sleeves or just using the block alone as the 301 does.
