I've never done the swap but I have thought about it before. The exterior demensions of the 220 and 263 blocks are the same (also 240, 282, 301, etc both gas and diesel) so by changing mounts, bell housing and some other engine accessories it should be a fairly easy swap into your 120. Somebody posted a while back on one of the boards that he had a IHC 1200 pickup with a D-301 diesel engine in it and said it looked like a factory installation. The D-301 was a factory option in the 1600, 1700, and possably 1800 Loadstars but not the pickups. Harold H
