I would say that in it's simplest form that restore means to make new and that a fully restored tractor would be exactly as it left the factory. Speaking from experience there are legal definitions of this work and that courts do not look kindly on people who try to gain from its use. Now anything for show is just that-something that you want to show your craftsmanship or interest in. As most shows go there are classes and if in an original class then you may be judged more closely on your restoration.
