Casting #s for H Distillate head, and Gas head

I have a 41 H parts tractor, it was originally a distillate tractor and I had to pull the head off to get the pistons out. The head looks in really good shape. I'm wondering if thid head is still the distillate head or has it been replaced with a gasoline head.
If anyone has the casting numbers of these 2 different heads, please post them so I might tell.
