350 diesel parts

I have a 350 diesel which I just purchased. I am getting oil in the water and vise versa. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get an overhaul kit for it. I have not torn it down yet, but I might need a head for it too. If anyone knows where I can get parts and how much they are, I would greatly appreciate it. I know it has the continental engine. I also need a tach for it because it was missing when I bought it. The tractor runs perfect, just needs some work. Thank you again in advance.
