Super A Govenor Questions

I spent all day working on the tractor, what a great day, one of the projects was taking the govenor apart. I have two questions: the lobs on the gear weights look pretty worn, should I replace them? Are they still available? Second question, the speed change lever on the govenor that is connected to the operators throttle lever is very sloppy. The hole is worn out on the govenor body casting, also the shaft appears to be worn some. How do you fix this? there is no bushing to replace. Sorry about the long post, thanks for all the help you guys have given me.
