Permatex Qick Solder Radiator Repair

A while back a couple of the bolts in my loader sheared off and let the loader frame "lean" on the radiator, breaking the seam on the top radiator tank. Since winter's coming I thought it might be a good idea to fix the leak so I can refill the cooling system. Has anyone used Permatex "Quick Solder Radiator Repair"? Or should I get out the propane torch and solder it up?
