Upcoming Show in Louisiana

I entered a show on the calendar for 22 & 23 November for Pastime Power, but it doesn't appear on the "2002 Show Guide". Do I have to do something else to get the show to appear on the guide? This is an IHC group but any makes are welcomed.
I have a flyer for the show in jpg format if anyone's interested. Location is Bush, LA--in southeastern Louisiana--near Bogalusa.
