First off on the seat they can be a problem but throw that WD 45 away and get some GOOD penatrating fluid like blasters or ZEP , both bolt in the seat are right hand thread i my self use a tourch and a pair of 410 channel locks on one side you have to bend one side out a littel to get in there the bushing can be had at your Case IH dealer . THe Hdy system on a Farmall M is signal acting and requiers a force to push it back in , but double acting can be installed with the addition of a second valve but you have to have the tractor valve pulled all the time to keep the fluid moving thru the second valve and since it is not LIVE hdy. every time you push the clutch down you lose hdy. but you can add live hdy. with the insatlation of a pump infront of the dist or mag.
