I had the steering wheel from my Farmall A recovered by Minn-Kota Repair. They strip the old rubberized covering off and dip the wheel in a new rubber coating. My wheel came out really nicely, the work was done well and the rubber coating is nice and thick, dimpled just like a car steering wheel (sorta lumpy humps on the back side). Last time I looked, the web site was down, but here it is.
