1949 Cub value (unrestored)?

Mike Soldan, Hugh M, and all my other Canadian and American tractor buddies,
What would you consider a reasonable price for an unrestored , working, 1949 Cub c/w rockshaft lift, single plow and disc. From the single pic I've seen of this one the tin looks good, lights are intact, tires are good, it was used for small potato field. It belonged to my wife's late great uncle who passed away last year, his widow has put me on the top of the list for propective buyers, but is reluctant to sell at this point as the tractor has been in the family since new.
