I have one that I pull behind an H. It works okay if you are mowing out in open fields. A trailer mower isn't very good for trimming (it's a long way from the steering at the front wheel to the mower). And a mower with a pitman won't clear obstacles very well. I paid $75 for mine and use it to mow about 40 acres a year. The local IH dealer has one he'll part with for $600.

You might also consider a semi-mounted mower that bolts to the drawbar. They're a little harder to hitch up but easier to maneuver. No rush to buy one this time of year in PA...
