help identify plow

I am a AC fellow but have acquired an IH 2-16 pulltype plow with a trip rope not hyd lift. It has 6.70x15 car tires which are shot and a hard rubber tail wheel(BF Goodrich "Silvertown" implement type plow tail wheel)rubber is good on tailwheel bottoms are stamped 515710R SC main beam is stamped IH PO 12572A need to know the model number, what type tread tires, and what colors to paint it Thanks for your help Noly
