The carburetor on the Super A does not have any main jet adjustment. That is unless you happen to have a distillate tractor. The distillate carburetors did have a main jet adjustment. The only carb ajustment on the Super A is the idle screw, which is adjusted to get smooth low idle. The idle adjustment screw will have very little effect when the tractor is under a load. You can also adjust the float height, but you have to take the carburetor apart to do that. I suggest you pay the $15 or so to acquire a Farmall A service manual. It has a very good description of the carburetor operation and the manual is good to have for other things as well.
