Help me decide

Have a '49 Super AV in running condition. Block has been patched behind the carb with a plate and screws. Doesn't leak but looks like heck. Brand new 11x36 rears with new tubes, non AV rims and car tires on front. Steering is loose, one tierod arm has been welded to the spindle, clutch needs to be replaced, sheet metal is so-so, grille is rough, no lights with mag. Should I part her out or attempt to restore it knowing I'll have more in it than it would sell for. No sentimental issues with it.
