There are loads of information in the archives... But painting is usually the last thing in a restoration just before final assembly... First you want to replace all leaky gaskets, seals, rebuild carb, tune it up, then depending on if you are painting for a work tractor, or for a show tractor will ultimately determine how much prep work you want to put in to it, from just pressure washing and paint over the 50 year old grease, to a total sandblast, and body putty every ding in the sheetmetal and a two stage urathane paint job... These are some things you have to decide on.
