Mowed with an M and 400 for years ,with a pull behind 3 spindle mower, unless you plan on getting more 3 point equipment why spend the money,a pull behind mower works very well behind either tractor.don't know much about the ORC.I don't recall having any problems with that mower pushing the M when coming to a stop , just had to remember to shut the pto down when taking tight turns and backing back into corners till you got your land opened up enough to make wide turns.Be careful mowing corn stuble,you will get hit in the back of the head and the colder it gets the worse it feels.If you put a heat houser on your M and your mowing corn ,not only will you be hit in the back of the head by flying stalks be prepared to eat so dust .that said always be carefull,enjoy your M
