F30N Restore or not? That is the question!

I finally got my hands on a neighbor's F30N that I first saw in a fencerow in 1978. Would like to restore it but I can see it will be a real money pit. Engine stuck, hood and carb missing, front rims rotten. Should I buy another tractor that is running and strip it, or buy it one part at a time, or just abandon the idea?
