Well i think i have an easier way than some guys.I have a porta power and what i have done is made a plate that uses the head bolts on most engines to where i can put my ram upside down with either a plate against the piston or a piece of wood.What seems to be really tight using a dead blow usually comes out fairly easily with a porta power.You can rent them at most rental stores and i think i have a whopping 25 bucks in my grade eight all thread and any flat piece of steal can be drilled for the top plate.
