Your best bet may be to buy the tractor and picker separate. It would be much easier to find a tractor that way, and you can pick up a decent picker for scrap price, that will suit your purposes just fine (scrap is all they seem to be worth any more, even in excellent condition). Then just do whatever restoration you want to and mount the picker, and away you go.
