If I understand right, you have a farmall C. The fuel system on that works like this. The sediment bowl is right under the gas tank and the fuel line runs downhill from sediment bowl to carborator. The fuel supply to carborator is gravity flow (no pump needed). The carb is an updraft which simply means the airflow through it is upward and the airflow to the engine carries the fuel to the engine from the carb. Fuel pumps are generally only needed when the carborator is higher than gas tank. If you have something other than a C Farmall then it may be you might have a fuel pump which in such a case you should be able to find fuel pump by following the gas line.
