i put the block upside down in a hydraulic press and push with a piece of brass down on the wrist pin. this is a lot easier than beating things to death with a hammer. the aluminum pistons oxidize and swell up. no amount of penetrating oil will free them up when they are real tight. the best buy would be to get a rebuild kit from mike bunck at steel wheel ranch. good luck, randy
