B414 hydraulic lift problem

I found that someone had the same problem I am facing. Unfortunatly there was no follow up to tell if the problem was solved and if so how. Once I find the cure I will be sure to post it for those who follow. My problem is the draw bar will just barely lift with no load, will not lift when standing on it. (Tractor does not have power steering or loader.) Crack line at hydrualic pump and get a trickle but no pressure, but it is not a pump problem as this pump was put onto another tractor and has great pressure
