I've always found NAPA parts to be of good quality. I'm somewhat surprised that other suppliers in your area dont offer bearings in .030 undersize. With these older tractors that wont be seeing 18 hrs a day of hard work anymore, even an economy kit will likely last longer than you will ever need it to.
