I don't have the answer for you, just the same problem and wondered if you had yours cured yet and how. My problem is the draw bar will just barely lift with no load, will not lift when standing on it. (Tractor does not have power steering or loader.) Crack line at hydrualic pump and get a trickle but no pressure, but it is not a pump problem as this pump was put onto another tractor and has great pressure.
