I would say thats top$, but look at what it would cost to fix everything thats been done to it already. Personally I would leave it with out a cab all you do is sweat in the summer and freeze in the winter in a 66 with a cab. Look at how tight the steering and shifting is that can be a sign of wear. Thanks
