More than likely the arm that senses draft has come disconnected. It's not much problem to repair unless you are out in the middle of a field with four bottom flip over plow hooked up because the first thing to remove is the top link door on the back of the main case. You can use a long loop of wire to pull on the arm sticking down from the rockshaft valve and the hitch will go down. The problem is caused by the arm that clamps to a flat place on the draft shaft has come loose and shifted to one side letting the rockshaft arm flip by and go to full raise position. To tighten the lower arm, you will have to drain the hydraulic oil, or drive the front of the tractor into a ditch about three feet deep, then slide the power take off assembly out on the drawbar and tighten the "muffler" clamp that holds it in place.
