Both my 806 have chewed on the hytran stick. One is almost eaten through. I now bend them slightly and make sure they lean slightly toward the outboard side of the transmission casting. As for getting yours out, I don't know. I would TRY the telescoping magnet and if no luck try fishing it out with a wire. Hopefully and most probably, this has fallen and is flat on the bottom of the trans casting. If it gets in the gears...could be bad. Good luck.
