Remember to use non-detergent oil. 30W in summer and can get by with 20W or 10W if you are in an area where it gets below zero and you use your engine a lot. Most people use just 30W all year long and do fine. The non-detergent oil allows the dirt to settle out to the bottom of the cup so the top oil can continue to clean well.
