Location matters, but based on the condition you describe, I would start here:

Tractor - $1500-$1800 although prices for fully restored go up to $3500. This one seems like a well cared for working tractor.

Mower $300-$400
plow $100-$150
Blade $200-$250

So I would say a range of $2000 for a good price (for the buyer) to $3000 (a good price for the seller. These prices are for what I see in Alabama quite frequently. It seems like a large percentage of Cubs went south after manufacture, so in some "Cub poor" areas, demand can drive the price into the absurd range.
