If they have the part numbers stamped in them beginning with 999xxxRx these were a set of common wrenchs sold as a part item by IH dealers in the 1970/80, I have a set of them, I think they were made by Wright Tool ?

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
