Roosa Master problems

I have a 560 that I'm having injector pump problems with. There is no fuel coming out of the lines where they enter the injectors. I've removed all the lines at the injectors and turned the engine over. I've even followed the advice on this group and pulled the tractor a few hundred yards with no luck to get the fuel to flow. I've switched to another pump removed from a junk tractor, but still no luck. I'm guessing these pumps need to be rebuilt? Can anyone offer advice on rebuilding a pump? I would like to do it myself. I've rebuilt most everything on my tractors from the engine to the tranny, so I'm not a novice in the shop with tools. Thanks.
