Jason, Go to your local radiator shop and buy a qt of RedKote (I pay $20 per), take the tank off, empty, take the shut off off, put the cap on, pour in some muratic acid, put a cork in the remaining hole, and slosh the acid around. Be careful, wear old clothes and rubber gloves, empty the tank, and dry immediatly. I use a hair dryer, but exhaust will work, immediately pour in the quart of sealer, continuously roll the tank untill the sealant coats the whole surface, drain the excess back into the can for later use, let it dry for 24 houre, and you'll never touch it again.
