Thanks everyone for the advice. I came oh so close to ripping everything back off and installing a new Case-IH gasket. But, at the last minute I thought I'd just go ahead and put the manifolds on (wouldn't take long) and give it a whirl and at least see if it would run - this is my first rebuild. I could fix the head gasket later. Honkey, you were right! No more leaks, sealed right up. I ran for maybe an hour total and no sign of water. This morning I checked it before heading to work and still no leaks. What a relief! It's good to hear that 6 cyl. running on all six now too. Thanks guys!
