The International Super-A and Farmall Super-A were the same tractor except for the square front axel, gas pedal instead of throttle lever, and decals. It was most likley same red as Farmall, unless it was ordered a specific color, such as yellow for state highway departments. Whatever color it looks like it was, is probably the color it came in. Your serial number indicates it is a 1951. There are many sources for decals. Check "marketplace" on this web site. An internet search ( use google.com) on "tractor decals" will reveal dang nearly everyone selling decals. I hear Maple-Hunter has nice vinyl cut decals.
