66 series cab removal

Can anyone tell me how big of a job it is, and what all is involved in removing the cab and converting to open station? Got a pretty nice 966, but the cab interior is real bad, and it's getting to be louder inside the cab than it is outside. This is the late-style red cab, without air conditioning.
