It is either a bad seal in either of the hydraulic cylinders, or a bad seal in the valve. To test, cap the lines on the each of the hydraulic cylinders (i assume there are two, but I'm not familiar with the tractor and cultivator). If one of the cylinders seeps down overnight, it is that cylinder that needs a new seal(s). If no cylinders leak down, then it is your hydraulic valve that needs help, and they are not all that hard to rebuild, nor are the cylinders.
