Farmall / International Sickle Bar Question

Hi all, I've currently got a drawbar mounted "A Frame" sickle bar mower #27A witha wood pitman arm. It works great, but I really need a sickle bar mower that will still cut even when the bar is angled up. Does anyone know if IH made a beast like this, and if so, what model sickle mower? Would a flail mower accomplish the same thing? I've got some pretty steep streambanks and hills that need attention, and I'm thinking of trading the sickle i've got now for something else.
