Hey Dan,
Sounds like you got an ole boy who just didn't want to go too the trouble of getting it for ya. I've run into that a couple of times. I would suggest talking to the manager of the dealership there and finding out what the deal is. If he wants the sales he will get the parts guys jumping, that is if he is any kind of manager at all. I'm about 60 miles north of Dalls so howdy neighbor!
