The fluid is white from having water in it, and no doubt the bugs, etc, got in wherever the water was getting in. A fluid and filter change should help that situation. Our 460 is impossible to keep good hydro fluid in, it always gets creamy white really fast no matter how much we change it, I think it is just a problem with having the hydro and tranny fluid together.

And the black smoke, sounds like you have a lot of oil leaking into the cylinders, but I am not sure.
