If I were going to be baling hay as my job. Then yes I would only use the best that can be bought.
As I am going to be doing this for the fun of it. and will only be baling 10 acres or so. I would bet I can get something usefull for quite a bit less. I hope so anyway, otherwise baling is out for me. If I came home with a $2500 baler. My wife would explode! Dont get me wrong I can take my medicine when its due. I.E. the new fishing boat I just sort of showed up with last year.
I am just saving that up for a Super M I have my eye on.
