I gather 100 was running before that week, if so it can't be stuck. Are you sure the starter isn't locked. Try loosening starter where it mounts to tractor. Number 2 your tractor could have enough water in cylinders to stop rotation. Water will not compress. In that case take plugs out and turn it so it will expell water through plug holes. If your engine is stuck certainly lot longer than a week for this to happen. My best hunch is the locked starter.
