F-12 Won`t start

My f-12 used to start on the first or second crank every time,but it would start poppin when it got warmed up good.I took the mag off an had it rebuilt.New coil,con, and points.Cant get it to start at all now.Points are set at.o13 and the timing is right on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Shank.
